One of our customers finally broke down and converted to backpack vacuums. Afterwards, he wondered why it took him so long.

That’s because in record time, his team verified industry statistics on the many benefits of using backpack vacuums.

Previously, the customer had been using an 18-inch upright. In line with industry statistics, it was cleaning between 3,500 and 4,500 square feet per hour. Switching to the backpack enabled his team to easily cover almost triple that amount of footage.

The backpacks also enabled his team to be more nimble and quickly clean around furniture, maneuver into corners, and reach awkward areas. The quick conversion to various accessory tools, such as the 3” dusting brush, made the work go even faster and easier.

Not only did the customer see productivity increase, but team members were much more comfortable wearing the light-weight backpack vacuums versus the repetitive pushing and pulling of the upright. Backpack vacuums are ergonomically designed to disperse weight evenly for less strain … even for petite women. The customer’s concern about the overall equipment weight was quickly addressed once he discovered our backpack vacuums weigh on average about 11 pounds. That’s considerably less than the weight of a high school student’s backpack that can weigh up 30 pounds!
